1. Guardians must insist the students to be punctual on school timings. School gates will be opened prior to 15 minutes of the scheduled timings and students must attend before 5 minutes of the scheduled time. School gates will be closed at the scheduled time given on the list and no students will be allowed to enter the school after the Scheduled time. Guardians/Transport persons are also requested to attend 5 minutes before the scheduled ending timings of the daily school schedule with proper identity cards of the student.
2. Proper and clean uniform must be maintained else the students will not be allowed to enter the school. Identity card is compulsory for each student every day. Students must have a nail cut before attending school on every 1st day of the week.
3. Guardians are requested to send water bottle, spoon and handkerchief with the students in the school. In case the students forget to bring their Tiffin, only the respective parents (not any other relatives or persons) are allowed to provide/submit the Tiffin. Guardians are also requested to follow and maintain the regular class routines and assist the student to bring the diary, books, copies and drawing materials as per. The books and copies must be written with proper name, class, section, roll of the students.
4. Students unable to attend the school, must bring a letter from their parents stating the cause of their absence and submit it to the respective class teacher on the next day. In case of illness exceeding 3 calendar days, the student must submit medical certificate. Half day holiday will not be allowed for the students.
5. Guardians are requested not to send their children if they are unhealthy or unfit for the day. Guardians must be aware that the students must prepare their daily lessons at home and submit accordingly. We are also requesting the guardians, especially for Morning Section classes, that if they find any study material/s or belongings which does not belong to their children, must submit the same to the school authorities on the next day.
6. School Fees must be directly submitted at the office. Fees for May & June, September & October and November & December must be paid on the month of May, September and November respectively. Monthly Tuition Fees or other fees of each month must be paid within 10th of each month, else a fine of Rs. 50/- will be charged. All the fees of the respective academic year must be completed, before the Final Examination.
7. Progress Reports when issued to the student after the term-end exams, must be returned back to school on the next month while submitting the fees at the office. Guardians and students must follow the School Notice Board regularly.
8. Students (except Class IV) applying for Transfer Certificates (T.C.) must bring their Original Birth Certificate and have to submit a fees of Rs. 200/-. If a student requires T.C. after starting of the Academic Session, then he/she has to submit the total annual tuition fees for the Academic Year else he/she will be refused for the T.C.
9. Students are not allowed to bring mobile or other electronic devices in the school.
10. Any guardian can submit their grievances to the concerned persons :
